These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cheddar mobile application provided by Cheddar Incorporation. By accessing the app, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. This document acts as a binding agreement between you as the user and us as the provider. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should cease using the application immediately.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Cheddar app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on any compatible device that you own or control. This licence does not allow you to use the app on any device that you do not own or have permission to use. You may not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

You agree that you will not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application. You must not modify or create derivative works of the app or any updates therein. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of Cheddar Incorporation. Furthermore, you agree not to use the app for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, including any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the app’s functionality.

Cheddar allows you to input data related to bills and expenses. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not verify the content shared between users and we are not liable for any discrepancies or disagreements that arise from incorrect data entry. You represent that you have the right to share any information or contact details you provide within the app.

The app includes features that allow you to add friends and interact with other users. You must use these features in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to use the app to send unauthorised communications or to harvest data about other users. We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with these terms and to remove any content or users that we deem harmful to the community.

You acknowledge that Cheddar is a calculation and social tracking tool only. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not a bank, a money transmitter, or a payment processor. Any financial settlements or transfers of funds discussed within the app must be conducted externally and are the sole responsibility of the users involved.

Cheddar Incorporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by Maldivian law. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Cheddar Incorporation only, and not with Apple Inc. We are solely responsible for the app and its content. Maintenance and support for the app are our responsibility, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the application.

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either you or us. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies of it from your devices.

The use of the Cheddar app and these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts located within the Maldives.
